It’s my birthday!

I hope you don’t mind a little self indulgence but today’s my birthday. We had dinner the other night at The Peninsula Grill, by far the best restaurant in Charleston and it was incredible.
We enjoyed the duck and the rack of lamb but the highlight of our dinner was the jumbo lump crab spinach and tomato salad with fried green tomatoes.
But we didn’t have their famous Coconut Cake because I still think I’m allergic to coconuts from allergy tests when I was a child.

The Family Circle Cup Tennis Championship will be held at Daniel Island April 12th – 20th with all the top ladies professionals here as always. Making a return visit to the tennis center in May is the AVP Volleyball Tournament and beach party on May 8th through May 10th.
Do you enjoy golf. The finest ladies golf professionals in the world will be playing the demanding Arnold Palmer designed course at Rivertowne Country Club in Mount Pleasant for one of the largest purses on the LPGA tour. The Ginn Tribute Hosted by Annika returns May 26 through June 1.
