Howard represents both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential properties throughout Charleston area communities including Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Summerville, Goose Creek, North Charleston, West Ashley, James Island and Charleston beach communities including Wild Dunes Resort, Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Folly Beach, Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island.
On a personal level, Howard was born in Chicago, has lived across the country, traveled extensively and has lived in the Charleston area for over 10 years. Married to Polly Ann Elliott, they have lived in Mount Pleasant, reside in Summerville and are currently looking to move to Charleston. Their hobbies include golf, gardening, reading and the beach.
